Karachi to see thunderstorms and rain in next 24 hours | The Express Tribune

Karachi is expected to experience thunderstorms and rainfall over the next 24 hours as a strong monsoon system impacts northern and central Sindh, as well as eastern and northeastern Balochistan.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast cloudy conditions with light to moderate rain in Karachi on Monday and Tuesday, with the possibility of heavy downpours causing water accumulation in low-lying areas of rural Sindh.

The sea breeze in Karachi has resumed, with wind speeds potentially reaching up to 30 km/h.

The city’s weather is currently pleasant, with light rain recorded in various areas.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.5°C, with a maximum expected to reach 32°C.
