Omni Group organizes free medical camps in Dadu, Naudero



Continuing its humanitarian mission, Omni Group, under the leadership of Chairman Khawaja Anver Majid, successfully held mega medical camps at New Dadu Sugar Mill, Pyaro Station, and earlier at Naudero Sugar Mills on September 22, 2024.

These camps, part of Omni Group’s commitment to providing healthcare to underserved communities, have brought essential medical services to hundreds of local residents.

The medical camp in Dadu, inaugurated by General Manager Amanullah Shar, provided free medical consultations and diagnostic services from 9 AM to 5 PM, treating a total of 977 outpatients. The patients included 406 men and 571 women, who were examined by a team of specialist doctors, including: Dr. Imtiaz Ali Shah (General Physician, Additional DHO Jamshoro), Dr. Sajid Ali Laghari (General Physician, ADHO Dadu), Dr. Asif Ali Zardari (Skin Specialist), Dr. Rozina Samo (Gynecologist, Civil Hospital Dadu), Dr. Qasim Khoso (MBBS).

A variety of diagnostic tests were conducted, including 97 tests for malaria, 135 for hepatitis B and C, and 95 for diabetes. Patients were also provided with free medicines.

General Manager Shar expressed gratitude to Khawaja Anver Majid for his unwavering support, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in bringing healthcare to remote communities. “The local community is immensely grateful to our Chairman for his leadership and dedication to serving those in need,” Shar said.

Among the visitors was PPP MPA Barrister Pir Mujeeb ul Haq, who lauded Omni Group’s efforts, stating, “This medical camp is a tremendous gift for the people of Dadu. We are deeply thankful to Chairman Khawaja Anver Majid for organizing this vital healthcare initiative.”

Similarly, the medical camp at Naudero Sugar Mills drew a large turnout, with specialist doctors providing treatments and conducting tests for a range of diseases. Free medicines were distributed, and the local population expressed appreciation for the quality healthcare services provided.

These medical camps are part of Omni Group’s ongoing mission to support and uplift underserved communities, particularly in remote areas with limited access to healthcare.
