Prince Harry is considering an imminent return to the UK “on one condition”, a friend has revealed.
The Duke of Sussex, 39, could attend the memorial service for his uncle Robert Fellows, who passed away at the age of 82 on 29 July.
However, because of the controversy surrounding the duke, who recently told ITV that the UK is not safe enough for Meghan Markle, he will only attend if there is not “too much drama.”
“He would want to be there. It will be a huge gathering of the Spencer clan,” a friend told the Daily Beast.
“[But] it may well be that everyone feels Harry’s attendance would just create too much drama.”
This comes as the royals begin their summer holiday at Balmoral.
King Charles and Queen Camilla have already travelled to Scotland and were joined yesterday by Princess Anne, who attended Edinburgh’s military tattoo.
The Wales family and their children will also attend, marking the furthest the Princess of Wales has travelled since being diagnosed with cancer.
Kate has holidayed at the Scottish Highlands residence every summer since marrying Prince William – and this year appears to be no different.
Prince William ‘disgusted’ by Harry’s £7 million 40th birthday inheritance
Prince William is reportedly “disgusted” that Prince Harry will receive a £7 million inheritance from the Queen Mother when he turns 40 next month.
A source told Closer magazine: “William’s pretty disgusted that once again Harry’s going to be cashing out and taking millions back to his Montecito home without lifting a finger for it.
“There’s nothing he can do about it, aside from shaking his head, but if it were up to him, Harry would not be getting this payday.
“William doesn’t think his brother is in any position to be getting this handout and he’s letting it be known that he thinks it’s a pretty rotten situation.”

The royal family are currently on their summer break and it has been reported that the Princesss of Wales could take a “surprisingly normal” means of travel to Balmoral.
As revealed by a TikToker, last year, Kate travelled on an economy flight to Scotland last year with Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte while Prince George travelled with his father.
“[Kate] got up halfway through the flight to get her daughter’s iPad,” they recalled.
“And yes she was stunning, even gave me a smile while looking back at the row behind her to talk to her son.”

Prince Harry has ‘lost his credibility’
“I read bits of it. I mean, life’s too short, but I read enough of it to get a flavour of it. I thought it was horrible,” he said, as reported by the Express.
“People are shocked the first time. But how many more Netflix series? How many more rather ghastly books can he churn out and be taken seriously?”

‘Not the right time’ for King Charles to comment on riots
The monarch has received some criticism, including from the anti-monarchy group Republic, for his silence on the issue, though palace sources have said he is monitoring the situation.
Sir Anthony Seldon told the BBC: “Now is not the right time for the King to become involved.
“He is head of state, and it’s appropriate that while the crisis is going on, the head of government, the prime minister, handles the crisis management and says what is needed to be said.
“The time for the King to speak, if at all, is when everything has calmed down again. The issues that have led the riots are not going to go away quickly. We need to hear his considered thoughts then about societal harmony.”

Thomas Markle’s birthday GoFundMe raises over £53,000
A fundraiser marking the 80th birthday of the “rejected and abandoned” Thomas Markle has raised over £53,000.
Created by British socialite Lady Colin Campbell, the GoFundMe is designed to show the Duchess of Sussex’s father that “there are still people in the world with good hearts, good values, and good intentions.”
Mr Markle said ahead of his milestone birthday that all he wanted was for his daughter Meghan to get in touch and to finally meet his grandchildren. His wish appears to have gone unanswered.
Meghan fell out with her father around the time of her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry over a staged paparazzi photoshoot.

Harry and Meghan ‘desperate’ to heal ‘rift’ with royals
Their relationship has deteriorated since Harry and Meghan stepped down as working royals in 2020 and now King Charles is reportedly ignoring calls from his youngest son.
A former royal employee told the Daily Mail: ““It seems quite clear that they are desperate to start healing the rift.”
The publication’s royal expert Richard Eden suggested their desire to make amends could be a result of the 2024 November election as Donald Trump has promise to treat Harry like any other citizen should it emerge that he has lied on his via application about prior drug use.

Balmoral ‘can get quite cold and frosty’
Despite being worth an estimated £155 million, the 52 roomed Balmoral castle can reportedly get quite cold.
“It’s quite traditional up there, and some people find it can get quite cold and drafty,” royal author Phil Dampier told Fabulous.
“The rooms are fairly spacious, and the heating system up there is fairly antiquated.”
The royal family are currently enjoying their summer holiday in Aberdeenshire at the estate, which they privately own.
